Which app does it use?
It pairs over Bluetooth with a free companion app for iPhone and Android — the download link is in the quick-start guide in the box. No subscription: every metric is included.
Which finger should I wear it on?
The index finger gives the most consistent readings for most people. Use the size guide above and measure that finger. Available in US sizes 6–14.
What if it doesn't fit?
Contact us within 30 days and we'll ship a different size free. Just keep the ring undamaged and in its original box.
Is it a medical device?
No. The Mentallic Ring is a wellness product for understanding sleep and daily habits. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to your doctor about any health concern.
How accurate is it?
Treat it as a trend tracker: it's best at showing how tonight compares with your usual nights. Consumer wearables, including premium ones, are not as precise as clinical equipment.
How long does the battery last?
With the pocket charging case you get up to 35 days of use before you need a cable. Put the ring in the case whenever you take it off and it tops up on the go.
Can I shower or swim with it?
Yes — it's rated IP68 and 5ATM. Take it off for saunas, hot tubs and heavy lifting to protect the finish.
